An elderly patient needs a heart transplant and discusses his options with his doctor. The Doctor says, "We have three possible donors, tell me which one you would like to use. "One is a young, healthy athlete who died in a car accident. The second is a middle aged businessman who never drank or smoked and who died in his private jet. The third is a Premier League referee who recently died after officiating matches for 30 years." "I'll take the ref's heart" says the elderly patient. After a successful transplant, the doctor asks him why he chose the official's ticker. "Easy'" says the patient. "I wanted a heart that had never been used!" |
